Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Clearance, final sale, and grab bag orders are ineligible for return or exchange.

We are not able to exchange international orders at this time.

To request a return or exchange. Once your package has delivered to our warehouse and processed, you'll see the new order or refund in 3- 5 business days.

• In your return package, please ensure your order number is included and the item(s) you are interested in returning or exchanging. 
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
• Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the original order.

Cancelling your order

To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
